Enjoy a hands-on culinary experience as Luna Bucataio, an Italian chef, and Stephanie Bolton, a Wine Scientist, teach you how to prepare a three-course Italian dinner with wine pairings! The upcoming Valentine's holiday theme will be incorporated into an appetizer, a homemade pasta, and a scrumptious dessert - all of which you will help to create and afterwards enjoy together! Of course, locally grown botanicals from the garden will play a major role in all dishes. You'll leave with a full belly, new wine knowledge, and recipes for all three dishes. Whether you choose to spoil a significant other, a special friend, or yourself with these newly acquired skills is up to you!
