Join Anna Cheely, graduate student at UGA in Food and Nutrition and chef-instructor at Athens Tech, for an evening turning the fresh ingredients from you garden or the Farmer's Market to a fun filled fiesta for your mouth. She will use local ingredients to create a spread of salsa, guacamole and an array of taco options. There is a ton of versatility in technique and recipes for this food choice and Anna will bring a unique twist to what might seem ordinary. There will be vegan/vegetarian options available. Bring a smile and an empty tummy (and maybe an apron too).
