Facilities at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia
The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, located in Athens on 313 acres of beautiful Southern landscape, features five separate facilities.
The Visitor Center serving as the welcome center for the Garden, houses the indoor plant collection, and is the location of the Education Department, Volunteer Office, Rental Office, Gardenside Café, Gift Shop and Art Gallery.
The Callaway Building provides space for the Research Department and Administrative offices.
The Day Chapel, located in a secluded hardwood forest, is the prime destination for weddings and services in the region.
The Garden Club of Georgia headquarters contains both a museum for the organization and meeting space.
Our Horticulture complex is new facility located on our entrance drive, but is closed to the general public
