The Garden to Plate Cooking Series with Wildcraft Kitchen highlights fresh and nutritious flavors of Georgia Grown produce in four seasonal cooking classes! Learn innovative culinary techniques while working hands-on to prepare chef-driven recipes featuring wild and cultivated ingredients from local farms, gardens, and forests. The best part – at the end of class we get to enjoy a delicious dinner in the beautiful setting of the State Botanical Garden. Bring your friends, family, or special someone and let’s get cooking! OR… Bring your friends, family, or special someone and join us for Dinner in the garden! Menu may be subject to change due to seasonal availability.

It’s summertime in the South! This hands-on cooking class highlights Georgia-grown products all the way from the North Georgia Mountains to South Georgia’s “Sweet Onion City.” Discover new recipes for some of your Southern favorites as we capture the amazing flavors of summer in one incredible meal.

  • MENU – Seed-crusted Mountain Trout, Smoked Cherry Tomato Relish, Chanterelle Mushroom Succotash, Vidalia Onion Cornbread with Ramp Leaf Butter, Skillet Berry-Peach Cobbler

 

Preregistration is required and will close one week prior to class date for these classes so that we can accommodate any dietary needs.
