The conference room and lobby area of the upper level are included in the rental of the Callaway Administration Building. The conference room table has 15 seats with space for more chairs. The lobby area holds 40 standing guests. Weather permitting, the reception area can be expanded onto the brick courtyard. The space includes a kitchenette.
