The conference room, auditorium and lobby area of the upper level are all included in the Administration Building. The conference table offers 15 seats, with space for more chairs along the periphery. 90 permanent seats are available in the auditorium, and the lobby area holds 80 standing guests. Standard furnishings of chairs and tables permit the seating of roughly 30 guests in this area. Weather permitting, the reception area can be expanded onto the brick courtyard. The space includes a kitchenette featuring an oven, stove, microwave and sink.
