Why does the charge for Winter WonderLights tickets show as Anchor Operating System in my bank account?
The State Botanical Garden of Georgia uses an outside vendor, Anchor Operating Systems, to manage ticket sales. When you purchase tickets for Winter WonderLights, the charge may appear as Anchor Operating Systems on your credit card statement rather than the State Botanical Garden of Georgia.
You will only receive one QR code after purchasing your tickets that has all your tickets and parking passes, if purchased. The QR code can be distributed to those attending Winter WonderLights in your group. Your group does not have to arrive at the same time to have your tickets scanned.
Winter WonderLights is presented rain or shine. In the event of severe weather that prevents the show from operating, ticket holders will be contacted to reschedule their visit on an alternate date.
In January, the garden will offer a special event for the new year, WonderLights Disco Nights, on Jan. 4-7, 2024. Disco Nights will allow visitors to experience the light show trail while grooving to disco hits. Ticket prices and entry times for Disco Nights will be the same as Winter WonderLights.
We will need volunteers each night to make the magic happen. Volunteer shifts are 4:30-7:45 p.m. and 7:15-10:30 p.m. Volunteer positions include entrance greeter, wayfinder and s’mores station monitor. Click here to sign up to volunteer.
